| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered February 6, 1990, which was determined by decision and order of this court dated August 25, 1997 (see People v Baez, 242 AD2d 387), to assign counsel to prepare an application for a writ of error coram nobis to vacate the decision and order of this court dated August 25, 1997, on the ground of ineffective assistance of counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
