Application by Paulette C. Griggs pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file an answering brief on an appeal and cross appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated December 12, 2005, and appeals from a judgment of the same court dated March 16, 2005, and findings of fact and conclusions of law of the same court dated December 12, 2005.
ORDERED that the application is granted and the movant's time to serve and file an answering brief, including her points of argument on the cross appeal (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]), is enlarged until August 1, 2006, and the movant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
