DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated August 2, 2005, and April 21, 2006, respectively, to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal from the order dated August 2, 2005, and to consolidate the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for consolidation is denied as unnecessary as the appeals may be consolidated as of right (see 22 NYCRR 670.7 [c][1]); and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal from the order dated August 2, 2005, is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellant's time to perfect the appeal from the order dated August 2, 2005, is enlarged until August 22, 2006, and the record or appendix on that appeal and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that no further enlargements of time shall be granted.
