| DECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Application by the respondent to extend the effective date of his suspension from August 7, 2006, until August 21, 2006. By opinion and order of this court dated July 11, 2006, the respondent was suspended from the practice of law for a period of two years, commencing August 7, 2006. The respondent was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on February 21, 1973.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and the effective date of the respondent's suspension is extended until August 21, 2006.
