Motion by the appellant on an appeal from a resentence of the County Court, Rockland County, imposed March 26, 1997, for leave to reargue a motion pursuant to CPL 460.30 for an extension of time to take an appeal, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this court dated May 17, 2006.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied (see CPL 460.30[1]).
