26287/02,

Motion by counsel for the appellant to be relieved of an assignment to represent the appellant on appeals from six orders of the Family Court, Kings County, all dated August 17, 2005, on the ground that the appellant has abandoned the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is held in abeyance in the interim; and it is further,
