Motion by the nonparty-appellant on appeals from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated October 26, 2005, and an order of the same court dated April 11, 2006, for leave to appeal, if necessary, from the order and judgment and to enjoin the respondent from selling or disposing of the property located at 107-36 129th Street, Queens County, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
