Motion by Anastasia Gouzos Anthoulis, the appellant in Appeal No. 1 and the appellant-respondent in Appeal No. 2, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated January 18, 2006, and an appeal and cross appeals from an order of the same court dated March 15, 2006, inter alia, for clarification of a decision and order on motion of this court dated June 29, 2006, which determined her prior motion for a stay.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
