Appeal by Stephanie P. from an order of the Family Court, Orange County, dated May 19, 2005. The appellant's brief was filed in the office of the Clerk of this court on April 28, 2006.

ORDERED that the decision and order of this court dated July 7, 2006, is amended to provide that the law guardian's brief that was deposited in the office of the clerk of this court on July 21, 2006, is accepted for filing.
