1725 York Venture v Block, Michael, et al.

It is Ordered that the motion for re-argument insofar as it seeks an order tolling the cure period to remove the pit bull from the apartment pending the determination of the appeal is denied. The Court notes that the removal of the dog, on or about July 17, 2006, appears to have cured the breach of the lease and therefore the appellants are not in jeopardy of eviction at this time.
