| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondents Angel Guillermo Deleg Chimbo and Michael F. Sirignano, as co-administrators of the estate of Luis Rosendo Chimbo LoJano, a/k/a Luis LoJano, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Weschester County, dated August 8, 2005, to enlarge the record on appeal and to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief. Application by the respondent Jose C. Quesada, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2), to enlarge his time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the application and the papers filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the record is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge time and the application are granted, the respondents' time to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until August 31, 2006, and the respondents' briefs must be served and filed on or before that date.
