Motion by the appellants on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated June 8, 2006, and July 24, 2006, respectively, to enjoin the respondent EBM Long Beach, LLC, and any and all of its agents, employees, and assigns from, among other things, commencing construction of the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
