| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Sharp Details, Inc., to stay entry of a proposed order submitted by the defendants-respondents to the Supreme Court, Westchester County, directing the appellants to "issue payment to Signature Flight Support Corporation' in the amount of $403,706 within 30 days of the date this Order is entered," and to stay the entry of any judgment directing the appellant to pay costs and attorneys' fees in the amount of $91,470.61 incurred by nonparty Global Aerospace, or to stay enforcement of any order or judgment which may have been entered, pending hearing and determination of appeals from two orders of the same court dated December 5, 2005, and February 28, 2006, respectively, and for a preference in the calendaring of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for a stay is granted, and entry of a proposed order submitted by the respondents to the Supreme Court, Westchester County, directing the appellants to "issue payment to Signature Flight Support Corporation' in the amount of $403,706 within 30 days of the date this Order is entered," and entry of any judgment directing the appellant to pay costs and attorneys' fees in the amount of $91,470.61 incurred by nonparty Global Aerospace, or enforcement of any order or judgment which may have been entered, is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeals; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for a preference in the calendaring of the appeals is denied.
