Motion by the appellant-respondent Olga Kamamis on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered August 15, 2005, to vacate a stay contained in an order of the same court dated June 8, 2006, pending hearing a determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied with leave to renew if an appeal is taken from the order dated June 8, 2006.
