Motion by the defendants for leave to reargue a motion for leave to appeal to this court from an order of the Appellate Term of the Supreme Court, Second and Eleventh Judicial Districts, dated February 12, 2006, which affirmed an order of the Civil Court, City of New York, Kings County, entered January 3, 2005, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this court dated June 8, 2006.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
