Application by the respondents pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file briefs on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered October 19, 2005, and to enlarge the appellants' time to serve and file a reply brief.
ORDERED that the application is granted and the respondents' time to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until September 5, 2006, and the respondents' briefs must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the reply brief, if any, shall be served and filed on or before October 5, 2006.
