DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to consolidate appeals from four orders of the Family Court, Westchester County, entered May 4, 2006, June 6, 2006, and July 6, 2006, respectively, with an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered July 6, 2006.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that on the court's own motion, the appeals from the orders of the Family Court, Westchester County, entered May 4, 2006, June 6, 2006, and July 6, 2006 (Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2006-06389, 2006-06390, and 2006-06391) are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, as those orders are not appealable (see Family Ct Act § 439[e]); and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is denied as academic.
