It is Ordered that the motion insofar as it seeks permission to appeal on the original record of the trial court and type-written briefs is granted. The motion insofar as it seeks a stay of the execution of the warrant of eviction in this nuisance holdover proceeding, based upon the sale of narcotics from the apartment, is denied.
