Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay an eviction proceeding pending in the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entitled Cobble Hill Novelty Co., Inc., v Congress and Hicks, Inc., pending under Kings County L&T Index No. 80210/06, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated June 6, 2006.
