Separate applications by the appellants (1) Everest Development Group, Inc., and Everest Equities, Inc., (2) B & R Harry Construction, Inc., and (3) Cloyde Cort and Sharon Cort for the same relief.
ORDERED that the applications are granted and the appellants' time to perfect their appeals is enlarged until October 16, 2006, and the joint record or appendix on the appeals and the appellants' respective briefs must be served and filed on or before that date.
