Appeal by the plaintiffs in Action No. 1 from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated November 25, 2005 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2006-07561), and separate appeal by the plaintiff in Action No. 2 from a judgment of the same court dated September 15, 2005 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2005-10216).
Now, on the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that on or before September 5, 2006, the appellants in Action No. 1 shall serve and file a supplemental record containing the judgment dated November 25, 2005, the notice of appeal from that judgment, and an amended statement pursuant to CPLR 5531.
