Townan Realty LLC v Vivas & Assoc., et al.
It is Ordered that the motion for a stay is denied. The appellant has failed to comply with the interim order of this Court requiring the payment of a fraction of the outstanding arrears to the petitioner, without prejudice. Accordingly, all stays are vacated. The cross-motion is denied, without prejudice to raising the issue of the appealability of the orders in the answering briefs on the appeal, if pursued.
