DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated October 15, 1997, which was determined by decision and order dated December 14, 1998, for leave to reargue a motion to renew the appeal, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this court dated June 27, 2006, and cross motion by the respondent pro se to impose a sanction on the appellant.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross motion and the papers filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied, with $100 costs; and it is further,

ORDERED that the cross motion is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the court's own motion, no further motions shall be filed by the appellant in the above-entitled appeal without leave of this Court.
