Motion by the appellant on appeals from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated May 24, 2006, and an order of protection of the same court also dated May 24, 2006, to enjoin the respondent from removing the parties' child from the State of New York pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
