DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered May 27, 1983, inter alia, to relieve assigned counsel and assign new counsel, and for leave to reargue assigned counsel's motion for summary reversal of the judgment, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this court dated June 15, 2006.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to relieve assigned counsel and assign new counsel is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise dismissed, as the appellant is represented by counsel on the appeal (see CPLR 321).
