| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants in Action Nos. 1 and 2 to consolidate appeals from two judgments of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered September 9, 2005, and January 10, 2006, respectively, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the parties shall file 10 copies of the record or appendix on appeal and their respective briefs; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellants' time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until October 23, 2006, and the record or appendix on the appeals and the appellants' briefs must be served and filed on or before that date.
