Application by the Town of Goshen, respondent in both Matters, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief in Matter No. 1, a proceeding pursuant to EDPL 207, and Matter No. 2, an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated October 5, 2005.
ORDERED that the application is granted and the time of the Town of Goshen to serve and file a brief is enlarged until September 18, 2006, and the brief of the Town of Goshen must be served and filed on or before that date.
