| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the Law Guardian for the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Orange County, dated March 15, 2006, to direct the former Law Guardian, the Children's Rights Society, to provide to him with its entire file relating to the subject child, including any attorney work product.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the Children's Rights Society is directed to turn over all papers in the action, excluding attorney work product, to the new Law Guardian on or before September 5, 2006, and the motion is otherwise denied.
