DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondent to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Putnam County, rendered July 16, 2003, and for leave to file a single brief in response to the brief filed by assigned counsel and the appellant's supplemental pro se brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the respondent's time to serve and file a single brief in response to the briefs filed by assigned counsel and the appellant pro se is enlarged until October 16, 2006, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
