DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellants to consolidate appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered September 19, 2005 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2005-10018), and two orders of the same court, both dated December 6, 2005 (Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2005-11354 and 2005-11355), with appeals from a judgment of the same court also entered September 19, 2005 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2005-10025), and two orders of the same court, both dated December 6, 2005 (Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2005-11356 and 2005-11357), and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellants' time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until September 6, 2006, and the record or appendix on the appeals and the appellants' respective briefs must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the parties shall file 10 copies of the record or appendix on appeal and their respective briefs.
