Motion by the petitioner for leave to appeal to this court from an order of the Appellate Term of the Supreme Court, Second and Eleventh Judicial Districts, dated March 27, 2006, which dismissed appeals from two orders of the Civil Court, City of New York, dated January 25, 2005, and March 18, 2005, respectively, and reversed a judgment of the same court dated March 18, 2005.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted.
