| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent-appellant on appeals and cross appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated March 14, 2006, and a judgment of the same court, dated April 19, 2006, inter alia, for leave to prosecute her cross appeal as a poor person and for the assignment of counsel, or to direct the appellant-respondent to pay for her attorney's fees and costs on the appeal, and to enlarge her time to perfect her cross appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to direct the appellant-respondent to pay for her attorney's fees and costs on the appeal is denied without prejudice to seeking relief in the Supreme Court, Queens County; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the cross appeal is denied as premature; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
PRUDENTI, P.J., CRANE, MASTRO and SKELOS, JJ., concur.
