| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated August 12, 2005, to waive the requirements of 22 NYCRR 670.10.2(f) regarding certification of the record on appeal, and, in effect, to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's record and brief previously submitted to the Clerk of this court are accepted for filing; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the court's own motion, the respondents' time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until September 25, 2006.
