Motion by the appellants on appeals from (1) an order of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated July 31, 2005 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2005-09955), and (2) an order of the same court dated May 31, 2006 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2006-06718), in effect, for the appeals to be calendared together.
