In the Matter of Gayle N. Rodi, respondent,

v Bart M. Rodi, appellant.

(Docket No. F-4214-02)

DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals by Bart M. Rodi from two orders of the Family Court, Rockland County, both dated November 15, 2005. By decision and order on motion dated June 21, 2006, the appellant's time to withdraw the appeals or to perfect the appeals by causing the original papers constituting the record on the appeals to be filed in the office of the Clerk of this court (see 22 NYCRR 670.9[d][2]) and by serving and filing the appellant's brief on the appeals was enlarged until July 14, 2006. The appellant has not withdrawn or perfected the appeals.

Now, on the court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to comply with the decision and order on motion of this court dated June 21, 2006.

PRUDENTI, P.J., CRANE, MASTRO and SKELOS, JJ., concur.
