| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants on appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated November 22, 2005, and March 6, 2006, respectively, inter alia, in effect, to stay enforcement of certain warrants for the arrest of the subject child issued by the Family Court, Nassau County, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay enforcement of certain warrants for the arrest of the subject child issued by the Family Court, Nassau County, pending hearing and determination of the appeals is granted, and enforcement of the warrants for the arrest of the subject child issued by the Family Court, Nassau County, is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeals; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
