DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellants Mr. Anonymous and Mrs. Anonymous to stay enforcement of an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated June 30, 2006, pending hearing and determination of appeals therefrom.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and enforcement of the order dated June 30, 2006, is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeals on condition that the appeals by (1) Mr. and Mrs. Anonymous, (2) Tyneisha D., and (3) Family Focus Adoption Services are perfected on or before October 4, 2006; and it is further,

ORDERED that the briefs of the respondent-respondent and the Law Guardian for the subject child shall be served and filed on or before November 3, 2006, and the respective reply briefs of the appellants, if any, shall be served and filed on or before November 13, 2006; and it is further,

ORDERED that in the event the appeals are not perfected on or before October 4, 2006, the court, on its own motion, may vacate the stay, or the respondent-respondent may move to vacate the stay, on three days notice.
