Motion by the appellant for leave to prosecute an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated February 7, 2006, as a poor person, and for the assignment of counsel.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied with leave to renew on or before September 21, 2006, upon papers providing information about the value of and income derived from the appellant's business and real property located in the Dominican Republic.
