| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent-appellant on appeals from (1) an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated March 14, 2006, and (2) a judgment of the same court dated April 19, 2006, inter alia, to direct the appellant-respondent to pay all carrying charges on the marital residence and to vacate the stay of enforcement of stated portions of the judgment which was granted by decision and order on motion of this court dated August 2, 2006, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
