Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to strike the respondents' brief on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated July 30, 2004, and a judgment of the same court dated March 31, 2005, on the ground that it contains false statements.

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
