| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated June 6, 2006, to correct the notice of appeal to include Joanne Lajam as an appellant, and to designate Ernest Seldman as a defendant instead of an appellant on the covers of the record on appeal and the appellants' brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is,
ORDERED that the motion is granted; the notice of appeal is deemed corrected to include Joanne Lajam as an appellant (see CPLR 2001), and Ernest Seldman shall be listed as a defendant on the covers of the record on appeal and the appellants' brief.
