| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to enlarge the judgment roll on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered June 16, 2003, to include certain pretrial proceedings.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the court's own motion, so much of the decision and order on motion of this court, dated August 22, 2005, as on the court's own motion granted the appellant leave to serve and file a supplemental pro se brief, is recalled and vacated.
The appellant has failed to file a supplemental brief although afforded sufficient opportunity to do so.
