Motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered March 26, 1998, which was determined by decision and order of this court dated June 18, 2001, for the assignment of counsel for the purpose of assisting the appellant in making an application for a writ of error coram nobis.
