Motion by the appellant for leave to reargue his application for a writ of error coram nobis to vacate a decision and order of this court dated December 16, 1996 (People v Thigpen, 234 AD2d 486), affirming a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered April 25, 1994, which was determined by a decision and order on motion of this court dated June 13, 2006.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
