Motion by the appellant to enlarge the record on an appeal from a determination of the County Court, Suffolk County, dated January 11, 2005, to include a certificate of disposition in a matter entitled People v Coffey issued by the Justice Court of the Town of Southampton under Docket No. 91-012805.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied, without prejudice to renewal, if necessary, after the appellant's motion pursuant to Correction Law § 168-o(2) is determined by the County Court, Suffolk County.
