Motion by the appellant for leave to reargue his motion to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action pending hearing and determination of appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, both dated March 7, 2006, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this court dated March 30, 2006, and for a preference in the calendaring of the appeal.
