The brief of the appellant Michael L. was served and filed on June 20, 2006, and the brief of the appellant Marguerite S. was served and filed on July 17, 2006. Pursuant to § 670.4(a)(2) of the rules of this court (see 22 NYCRR 670.4[a][2]), it is
ORDERED that the respondents' and the law guardian's time to serve and file briefs on the appeals is enlarged until September 29, 2006; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted.
