DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motions by the appellants to consolidate appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated April 11, 2006, and June 27, 2006, respectively, and separate motions by Yonaton Aronoff to admit Jeffrey A. Soble, an attorney in good standing in the State of Illinois, pro hac vice to represent the appellants on the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to consolidate the appeals is granted to the extent that the appeals shall be calendared together and will be argued or submitted on the same day, and that motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motions to admit Jeffrey A. Soble pro hac vice are granted.
