DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Richmond County, dated January 5, 2006, for leave to reargue her prior motion, inter alia, to direct the respondent to refund certain payments the appellant has made pursuant to certain orders of support, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this court July 7, 2006.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
