| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County, rendered February 10, 2005, to be provided with a copy of a certain order of the County Court.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied on the ground that the order is not contained in the original papers on file with the Clerk of this court; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the court's own motion, the appellant's time to file a supplemental brief is enlarged until November 14, 2006; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant shall file nine copies of the supplemental brief and serve one copy on the District Attorney.
